Beschreibung

Set the pulleys on a cable machine to approximately chest height. Select an appropriate weight on each side. Stand in the center of the cable station, feet shoulder-width apart. Grab each handle with palms facing inward. Step forward to create tension in the cables, with a slight bend in your elbows. Slightly lean forward from the hips, maintaining a straight back. Start with your arms extended out to the sides, feeling a stretch across your chest. Bring your hands together in a wide arc motion in front of your chest. Squeeze your chest muscles at the point of maximum contraction. Slowly return to the starting position with control, maintaining tension throughout.
