Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart, holding the kettlebell in your right hand. Point your left foot and left to the left. Rotate to face your left knee, and lunge and bend forward. Stand up and rotate to starting position, rowing the weight up as if starting a lawnmower. Continue the motion fluidly.
