Set up at a squat rack or smith machine with a bar placed at a low rung, so you can sit comfortably underneath. Extend your legs with your feet together. Grip the bar as if you are going to do a bench press but instead pull your body towards the bar. Release slowly and continue this pulling and lowering motion.
