Beschreibung

Hold onto a pair of dumbbells. Sit on the ball and walk your feet out until the ball is supporting your upper shoulders and neck. Lift your hips up into the air, squeeze your glutes and crunch in your abs. Extend your arms up, palms facing forward. Bend your right elbow and lower it until it is parallel to your shoulder. Keep your left arm straight up. Straighten your arm by pushing through your elbow and repeat on the left side.
