Lie on your back with a weight in your right hand with your arm extended straight over your shoulder and your elbow locked. Your right knee should be bent. With eyes on the weight, roll up to your left elbow. Bring yourself from your elbow to your hand. Push off your left hand and sweep your left leg under you to your knee. Move to half kneeling. Stand up. Reverse the steps.
