After 25 years in the mental health field, I decided to pursue another career and eventually became certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Personal Trainer as well as a Senior Fitness Specialist. I spent my first 6 months working for 24 Hour Fitness and on June 1, 2017 I went into business for myself!
