I love all your workout i'm trying to do a 16 week transition and you have everything that I need within my transitioning within your exercises I will be borrowing them in assisting me in reaching my goals thank you and I hope you don't mind it's been really hard in creating my own workouts not knowing what to do and not knowing the proper name for each machine for each body part I'm really going in hard and I'm trying to do it while on a truck I hope you will continue to be there for me thank you....
