When an exercise says you have 2 minutes, I would like you to spend those two minutes trying the exercise, check in with the form, etc. You are not trying to do as many reps as possible, you are working on improving that exercise so you can do one rep and rest. Second rep and rest. For two minutes. Those are skill sets and are meant to help you progress to the next exercise.
