Today's the day!! You can do this!! Make sure that you're well fed, well rested, and have given yourself enough recovery time prior to completing the challenge. Take as much time as you need to complete the challenge but try to stay up in that plank the whole time. If you are unable to complete the challenge, don't sweat it! Just try again tomorrow, or try repeating a few more of the previous workouts to get a bit stronger. Good luck!
