There is a 7min warm up (to be completed on your own) that can consist of jump rope, stationary bike, elliptical and some light stretching. Pick three exercises: a strength (with or without weights), a cardio and an AB exercise. This workout is TOUGH and recommended for advanced clients but beginners can go at their own pace. Before starting, take a moment and choose your audio trainer options (I always choose the "beeps option"). 1⃣Have your equipment (if needed) and water ready. 2⃣Play your favorite music while using this app. 3⃣Decide which audio "TRAINER/TIMER" you want to use to guide you. 4⃣Press play and follow along.
