⏱️ Timer: Do what you are able for the time frame of your choice. Skip through any headstand variations not wanting to complete. Use a wall for support until ready to do a freestanding tripod headstand. Practice with back near wall, then move further from the wall, can also try towards the wall (walking feet up the wall etc), then progress to freestanding.
