During this workout, you should maintain a moderate heart rate (65%-75%) for 25 minutes. If you do not have a heart rate monitor, your goal should be to maintain a perceived exertion of around a 7 out of 10, on a 1 to 10 scale, with 1 being the easiest exercise you can do, and 10 being the hardest the exercise could possibly be.
