This short but sweet workout will leave you feeling amazing. If you need a lower impact cardio, you can copy the intervals on a stair stepper or elliptical machine. The body of the workout consists of 5 rounds of a 4 minute 30 second interval circuit. The first minute should be a moderate pace, the second should be slightly harder, the third should be challenging, and the fourth minute should be very difficult to get through. Followed this will be a 30 second walking breather.
