Well fore a start you can stop eating meal replacements.
If you want the best possible results buy a diet program. I like the 6packdiet by Peter carvell, but to make it simple divide your meal into 6 meals a Day. Cut your carbs in half. Go fore lean meats. Cut refined suger (at your best efford). Up your veggies, you can eat as many veggies you like. Drink at least 3 liters of water a day.
