Ok, planking is something I've just never did in the past, but I started to do it, and I like the way it feels. It's a dope workout. I can hold the plank for like 1:45sec. My question is, should I plank in repitions? Or is it just a thing you do once.

do by time homie mixed it.up its alot of different types of planks u can do.

Try planking in sets.. Each set will be the longest you can stay on a plank..

It have work well for me I do like 3 minutes than 2 minutes each side 2 times
