Exercises for Starters. There are loads of beginner exercises to do. If these are too easy you can move on to moderate workouts by using the filter. Don't forget that cardio is the best type of exercise for weight loss so if you just want to lose weight and don't care about losing muscle just do cardio and make sure it is intense. If you want to save your muscle you can do what i do, which is both cardio and muscle strengh and resistence exercises 4 times a week.
