Hey guys! Guess what? I have a twisted ankle and I can't move! I have skiped school -hooray!- but I also skiped the gym and my daily home workout -grrr!- Is there any workouts I could do with this condition? Tnx in advance! :)
Make your own. Go thru the different exercises and design one that you can do while working around that ankle. Arms, shoulders, back, core...there are a lot of options!
